BOBCATS UNBEATEN AFTER FIRST WEEKEND

Bristol Bobcats are unbeaten after their first two games of the 2021 British Baseball Federation (BBF) and WB-UK Women’s Baseball League. BOBCATS DEBUT IN UK WOMENS LEAGUE

The Bristol Bobcats travel to Cambridge this Saturday for the opening day of the WB-UK national women’s league where they will take on Belles Baseball Club and Telford 26ers. It is the first time in 80 years there will be an organised women’s baseball league in the UK with six teams from England and two teams from Scotland taking part. Bristol Badgers went down 5-4 and 6-5 in their opening day British Baseball Federation (BBF) AAA games against Bournemouth Bears on Sunday. BASEBALL CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE TAKES A STEP FORWARD

Bristol Baseball Club’s plans to create a centre of excellence at Somerdale Pavilion in Keynsham received a major boost today through a £3800 grant from Baseball and Softball UK (BSUK).
