Game & Practice Schedule

Outdoor practices begin in April, Thursday nights at 6pm and/or Saturday mornings at 10am

Our rule of thumb for practices is we are often able to practice in very light drizzle unless it has also rained heavily the night before, an update will be posted in this case. Heavy rain from 8am to 12 noon usually makes practices impossible, but if it stops by 10am and the sun is due then it becomes a tougher decision, again made and posted at 8am. If it is obviously dry we will not post any updates, we will definitely be practicing.

Our baseball diamond is at the QEH/Bristol City sports grounds, on the B3128 Clevedon Road. The entrance is in-between the Long Ashton Golf Club and the Failand traffic lights. The nearest post code is BS8 3TN.

We are an amateur, not-for-profit sports club. Please hover over the “Join Now!” tab to register!

2014 Schedule Below for Badgers and Bats games

This season we intend to publish all Sunday game information relating to weather forecasts on Saturday nights at 6pm and on Sunday mornings at 8am. This gives everyone time to plan whether it is a home or away game at risk of weather postponements. We hope this helps and everyone enjoys the season ahead!

Revised Schedule 27 May 2014

Bus Routes to our field

First Group operates the X6 bus from the bus station to Failand, approx. a 20 minute journey. See this timetable: http://www.firstgroup.com/ukbus/bristol_bath/journey_planning/timetables/index.php?operator=3&page=1&redirect=no

The bus station is centrally located in Bristol (about 20 minutes walk from Temple Meads) and buses stop along the way. Please ask the driver to stop in Failand, then walk back a few hundred metres to our field.
