Regarded as one of the best baseball diamonds in the country, Bristol Baseball Club are hosted by Somerdale Pavilion in Keynsham, Bristol – situated on the old Fry’s factory site, 30 minutes from the centre of Bristol by car (and roughly 10 minutes walk from Keynsham train station).

Our Facilities

The club operates two permanent baseball diamonds, allowing two games to be played at once on gamedays.

The main diamond has a full dirt pitching mound, dirt cutouts around the bases, covered dugouts and a permanent backstop.

The second diamond currently (2023 season) has no mound, but plans are in place to build one soon. It is otherwise a full-sized diamond with dirt cut-outs around the bases and a removable backstop.

We also have a batting cage (currently undergoing repair) for training and warming up.

Our Hosts

As well as providing a home to the baseball club’s own facilities, Somerdale Pavilion also host conferences, football, hockey, cricket, motocross, parkruns and lots more!

Whilst visiting the club, be sure to pop in for a bite to eat and a drink. Full members of the baseball club also receive membership to the Pavilion, giving a discount to food and drink, and free car parking.
